NARS A/W Blush and Lipstick
I love A/W makeup collections so this time of year is really exciting for me. Today I'm showing you two products from NARS' 'Fall 2012 Color' collection and I think they are my favourite from the whole collection.
Autumn Makeup
As the weather has got cooler I've been reaching for purple, plums and burgundies in both my clothes and makeup. I've been loving MAC's 'Cranberry' eye shadow and I use it softly blended out in the outer corners .
BB Cream Roundup
I suddenly realised that I have quite a few BB Creams lying around and although I've reviewed a few of them that I like, I thought it would be interesting to do an overall roundup of them all.
Negozio Classica, Primrose Hill, London
Negozio Classica is a lovely little Italian restaurant/wine bar in Primrose Hill, North London. It's not your typical Italian though and offers more antipasti type dishes rather than the usual pizza and pasta. There is also a branch in Notting Hill.
Clinique Chubby Stick Intense Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm
We went crazy for them because of their cute name, cute packaging and easy application, and now Clinique have updated the collection with the Chubby Stick Intense. These will be hitting counters mid November, just in time for the Christmas party season!
Rimmel London Metal Rush Polishes
Rimmel are launching loads of great new products for A/W and these Metal Rush nail polishes are just some of them. They come in four shades that all change colour depending on the light. My favourite out of the four is 'Pearly Queen'.
Introducing: Aerin
Aerin, for those of you that don't know, is the grand-daughter of Estée Lauder and has been working for Estée since she was just 20 years old. Now, only two years younger than Estée was when she started EL, Aerin has launched her own brand. As you can imagine, her knowledge on the industry is incredible so this is a very exciting launch with high expectations.
Jo Malone London: Blackberry & Bay
I don't normally talk about press launches as it's the product that's of interest not the event, but in this case I just have to because it was so incredible. It was held in a tent in a London park in the middle of the day. It was so English and there were Hunter wellies everywhere!
September Favourites 2012
September has passed and we are now well and truly in Autumn. Here's my roundup of the products I've been loving this month. Watch the video for all the details, but here's a little breakdown for those of you that can't watch it.
Com Viet, Covent Garden London
Downstairs was much nicer with dimmed lighting, comfy booth tables, exposed brick walls and an open kitchen. The waitress was friendly and there were no dramas with ordering and paying etc.
Finished Products #2
Lots of empty products and lots of mixed opinions. I've been forcing myself to finish some products recently otherwise they just sit around and take up space. Here's what I was left with.
Casual Summer Outfit
I'm all about comfort during the week so jeans and Toms it is! I usually wear statement necklaces to smarten up an outfit and on this day I chose to wear my Topshop flag necklace that I really love.
Illamasqua Complement Palette
Illamasqua's Generation Q collection is one of my favourites so far and I spoke a bit more about it in this post. It's very wearable whilst still offering that edge that Illamasqua do so well.
Pic Pack
Do you remember when I posted about my Instagram iphone case from Casetagram? Well here's another Instagram product... Pic Pack!
American Apparel Neon Red Nail Polish
I picked up this AA Neon Red nail polish quite a long time ago and haven't actually worn it as much as I thought I would. I was expecting bright neon but was a little disappointed as to me it looks more like a bright red, rather than a neon. Apparently it helps if you apply a base of nude polish underneath the neon, but I haven't tried that yet.
Vapiano, Central London
Just a quick intro as this is hopefully a new weekly feature on WIHT (well I'll TRY and do it every week). I eat out ridiculously often as you'll already know if you follow me on Instagram and I always get a great reaction from my photos, so I thought it would be nice to occasionally write about the restaurants I go to on my Saturday post.
LFW at Somerset House
London Fashion Week is my favourite time for people watching, so I thought I'd take some snaps to share with you.
