[ fog-gy morn-ings ] NOUN
The cosy & calm sensation experienced when entering the kitchen at the start of the day, making the first cup of tea or coffee, and gradually feeling the mental clarity emerge as the brain fog slowly disappears.
A foggy
mornings story…
In 2025 I launched my digital series Foggy Mornings. I missed long-form conversation and the deeper connections that come from slowing down, something I really enjoyed about my podcasting days. I wanted to create a space to sit down, chat, and truly get to know people without rushing. Each YouTube episode is filmed in my guests homes, creating the perfect setting to explore about who they are, what brings them joy, and the small rituals that shape their everyday lives.
What began as a love of conversation has grown into a space for meeting new people, sharing ideas, and building a community centered on enjoying small moments, trying new things, and surrounding yourself with kind, positive people.
SEE WHO’S FEATURED ON
FM x luke catleugh
I spent the morning with content creator Luke Catleugh in his South London home, cooking together and talking about friendship, food, and starting a new chapter. We covered why he moved to London, what it was really like buying a house with his best friend, and how it feels living there alone for the first time. There’s brunch, a peek inside his pantry, and some very good interiors.
FM x Jo Good
Broadcaster and content creator Jo Good invites me into her Marylebone flat to talk about loving single life in her 70s and dressing for herself. We chat about confidence, fashion, living and eating out in London, and what it really means to live life entirely on your own terms. A warm, honest conversation about independence, self-trust, and enjoying the life you’ve built.
FM x lydia millen
I spend a quiet morning in the beautiful countryside with Lydia Millen, talking about style, creativity, and living with intention. We chat about personal style as self-expression, confidence, evolving tastes, and the small daily rituals that bring comfort and joy. A gentle conversation about creativity, routine, and finding steadiness in everyday life.
FM x michelle griffith-Robinson
I’m welcomed into Michelle Griffiths-Robinson’s home in Wales for an honest conversation about life beyond elite sport, motherhood, and navigating change. We cook together, laugh, and talk about identity, balance, and looking after yourself in different seasons of life. An empowering conversation about strength, softness, and slowing down.
FM x HELEN ANDERSON
I head to Norwich to spend time with Helen Anderson in her wonderfully quirky home, where colour, curiosity, and personality are everywhere. We talk DIY projects, craft hobbies, and building a home that reflects who you are, alongside chats about confidence and following what genuinely brings you joy. There’s a proper morning coffee moment, an Easter egg taste test, and even a go on Helen’s drum kit. A joyful, expressive conversation about individuality and leaning into what lights you up.
FM x ruth crilly
I visit my good friend Ruth Crilly in her home in Bath for the very first Foggy Mornings - a test episode and the start of the series. We chat renovations, her much-loved kitchen, books, art, and the small comforts that make a house feel like home (including a very good cheese board). A warm, familiar conversation about comfort, personal taste, and finding joy in the details of everyday life.
DO YOU WANT TO FEATURE?
Foggy Mornings features thoughtful, well-known voices, filmed in their own homes. Episodes centre on conversations about everyday joy, comfort, and the small rituals that fill our cups. If you’d like to be considered, or have a guest suggestion that feels aligned, I’d love to hear from you.
