1. The Promoter

The promoter is: New Kid In Town Ltd  of c/o YMU Group, 180 Great Portland Street, W1W 5QZ London.

2. The Prize Draw
   1. The title of the prize draw is Lily Pebbles 15 Year Anniversary Giveaway. 
   2. Participation in the prize draw will offer the chance for one eligible entrant to win Th Prize as set out in condition 5.1.
3. How to enter
   1. The prize draw will run from 9.30am on 5th March 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 9.30am on 7th March 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
   2. All entries must be received by the Promoter via Instagram account @lilypebbles by no later than 9am on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 
   3. To enter the prize draw enter, you must follow @LilyPebbles on Instagram, like the Instagram post officially announcing this prize draw and ‘tag’ one friend in the comments of @lilypebbles Instagram post officially announcing this prize draw. 
   4. No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
   5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
   6. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility
   1. The prize draw is open to all residents internationally aged 18 years or over except:
      1. employees of the Promoter, or each of their holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or each of their holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 above.
   2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
   3. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:
      1. automatically generated by computer;
      2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
      3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
      4. photocopies and not originals; or
      5. incomplete.
   4. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
   5. Each valid entry will be entered into a prize draw. The winner will be selected at random using a computerised winner generator. 
   6. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
5. The prize

The prizes are: Colour analysis voucher, Pink Suri Toothbrush, Vieve Skinnova Primer, Aesop hand cream, Hourglass Unlocked mascara, Diptyque Fig candle, Steamery Pilo Fabric Shaver, Missoma Coin necklace, black Uniqlo cross body bag, Spaghetti Dust, Pickle Jar, Bella Freud x M&S red jumper, Beauty Pie Triple Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

   2. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
   3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
   4. The Promoter shall be entitled to substitute the whole or a part of the Prize for an alternative prize or prizes including substituting at its reasonable discretion should circumstances beyond its control arise. 
2. Winners
   1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into with any entrant or winner except where permitted or undertaken by the Promoter.
   2. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using Instagram’s direct message function to the Instagram account associated with the prize draw entry. In order to claim your prize, you will need to respond to the direct message.
   3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize winner was selected and a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will share the Instagram Handle of the winner via @lilypebbles Instagram account by 14th March 2025 . 
   4. If you object to any or all of your name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via the Instagram direct message the Promoter contacted you through, prior to the Announcement Date and the public sharing of the announcement. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
3. Claiming the prize
   1. If you are the winner of the prize, you will have [NUMBER] of days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by replying to the Instagram direct message the Promoter contacted you through. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
   2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
   3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 5 of days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
   4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up or accept the prize.
4. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of PRIZE DRAW entries and intellectual property rights
   1. All prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
   2. By submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material and in consideration of your chance to win the prize, you agree to:
      1. assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
      2. waive all moral rights,

in and to your prize draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

9. 1. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website or other website it nominates, its social media channels and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10. Data protection and publicity
    1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the website link and for the purpose of such privacy policy, the Promoter will be deemed the “data controller”. 
    2. The Operator will only receive data from the winning entrants being: the entrant’s name, email and county of residence which shall be used in accordance: (a) with condition 6.3 and, condition 6.4, and condition 9.3 with regard to the announcement of winners.; (b) with condition 7.1 in order to administer the prize and (c) for its internal business purposes and legal and regulatory compliance purposes. The data may be shared with third parties for the sole purposes of assisting with (a), (b) and (c).
    3. If you object to any part or all of your name, county and winning entry being published, used or made available in accordance with conditions 10.1 and 10.2, please contact the Promoter via Instagram account @lilypebbles or email [email protected]
11. General
    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend terms and conditions of this prize draw at any time where it deems it necessary to do so.
    3. By entering the prize draw, you hereby:
       1. completely and irrevocably release Instagram from any liability whatsoever related to this prize draw; and
       2. acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
    4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
