Just like you, I wait with washing my hair until it’s super greasy… This conditioner sounds very promising though!

I havent seen anyone talk about co-washing outside of curly/wavy/longhair communities. Co-washing saves my poor wavy hair from getting too dehydrated. I only wash a couple times a week and alternate between a co-wash and a no sulfate shampoo. Helps to keep my hair looking healthy and not dehydrated. It can take a little getting use to, but I enjoy the head massage that come along with my co-wash and the way it makes my hair look 🙂
