THE MIX: PEPTA-BRIGHT & HYDRALURON

This is a skincare combo I’ve been loving for a while now and if you watched my April favourites video you would have heard a bit about it already.

I often look to Caroline for skincare advice and these two Indeed Labs products have the Caroline stamp of approval so I feel 100% comfortable recommending them to you guys!

I’ve been using them every morning after I cleanse/before I moisturise. Pepta-Bright goes first and it feels like a light weight cream. Pepta-Bright’s job is to fade any scarring or pigmentation on the skin, to even out your skin tone, to lighten dark spots and to inject some hydration. Now I don’t have much scarring or pigmentation but I still think this is a hero product! It provides the perfect base for Hydraluron which I always found too tacky to apply straight onto dry skin and I’ve also noticed an overall brighter complexion since I started using it. The ingredients get a but thumbs up and Caroline lists a whole load of bad ingredients that Pepta-Bright does not include in her post

Hydraluron goes next and although I’m not a huge fan of the texture, it provides a hell of a lot of hydration which is something my dehydrated skin really needs. It contains hyaluronic acid which in an ingredient that can absorb up to 1000 times it’s own weight in water which gives you amazing hydration leaving your skin looking fresh, plump and glowing. It works as a base for your moisturiser, making sure it lasts on your skin all day. I used to notice my skin was so thirsty that my moisturiser and even my foundation would be gone seconds after applying it, but Hydraluron stopped that from happening, which is why I love it.

The mix of these two products have become part of my every day skincare routine and I’m really happy with the results I get from them. I’d highly recommend them both and they’re easy to pick up from Boots.

Have you tried either of these wonder products yet?
