LUXURY WITHOUT A BATH

Now that LUSH season is upon us and the temptation to sit in the bath for hours every night is strong, I’ve been noticing a few comments here and there by people who don’t have a bath and would like some shower-approriate posts as well. Baths aren’t for everyone, so I thought I’d put together a little post about the luxury products that can be used in the shower during a pamper session.

Soap & Glory Whipped Clean Luxe Cream Wash Shower Butter //
If you like the smell of marzipan, you’ll love this pistachio, almond and sweet vanilla scented shower butter. It’s called a butter instead of a gel because of it’s thick, creamy texture. It feels almost like you’re applying a body lotion in the shower and you’re left with super soft, sweet smelling skin.

The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Shower Gel //
Traditionally Argan oil is used in hair products but it’s nourishing and moisturising qualities work great on the body too. The Body Shop have an entire range based on argan oil, an ingredient that has been used in Morocco for centuries. This shower gel smells divine and feels great on the skin, leaving it very moisturised.

LUSH Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner //
Another Argan based product but this time from LUSH. It’s one of their slightly more expensive products and for good reason too! Using it as a body conditioner in the shower will soften and smooth your skin but this dreamy smelling cream can also be used as a hair mask or shaving cream. It’s thick and intense but oh so luxurious.

The Sanctuary Spa 2 Day Moisture Shower Oil //
You must know about my obsession with bath oils by now but you don’t hear me talk about shower oils quite as much. This is because this is the first one i’ve come across and I think it’s such a great idea! I pour a small amount into my hands and feels great on the skin, locking in all the moisture. I think this product is quite unique and definitely an essential for a pamper routine.

So if you don’t like baths or a shower is all you have available then hopefully this post helped you find some luxurious products to help with your next pamper evening. What’s your favourite shower product?
