  5. YSL eyeshadows don't get a lot of attention in the blogging sphere but I have a really old palette with the most amazing duo chrome and glitter shades in it, glad to hear YSL getting mentioned! <3

  12. I'm really intrigued by the brush cleaner! I haven't seen anything like it where I live, anything that makes the job easier is a must-have, though.

  14. That Bumble and Bumble primer looks great, as does the brush cleaner. I think I'll try the Dr Bronner soap first as £16 seems like quite a lot of money for a brush cleanser!

  24. Lily, I always love your monthly favourites, and this one is no different! I always trust your picks and I find your voice really soothing (lol sorry if that's weird), sort of like Nigella Lawson's. So nice! I don't comment nearly enough as I should, but I really enjoy all your content (written and in video form) and I am so glad that I stumbled upon your blog :)

  28. I have been loving the Ilia lipstick in In My Room. I think it would really suit your skin tone and the colour is quite similar to your's (at least from what I can see on my screen). It's got a satin finish and it's so pretty! I also just wanted to point out, if your going to buy a beauty product, the good smell box has to be ticked before you can buy it! ;) I was also just wondering what the primer does because it's called a primer? I don't know whether you already mentioned it! I understand that it detangles but is that it's purpose?

  29. Cool product, omg I have an addiction to bags in general especially make up bags and that whistles bag is amazing!!! I use the body shop chamomile cleansing oil to remove my eye makeup as I find its easier to use that the makeup remover and its more gentle :)
