INTRODUCING KIKO ADVANCED BRUSHES

Kiko is the new Italian ‘it’ girl in the beauty world and it seems everyone is talking about it. I’ve dabbled in a bit of Kiko makeup but am looking forward to attending the new Regents Street store opening in a few weeks and learning more about the brand, so I’ll update you on that nearer the time. Until then I’ve been trying out some of their new advanced makeup brushes and I’m impressed!

It’s a premium line they’ve added to their collection to act as their ‘professional’ brushes. The black packaging is sleek and the handle feels really good quality and sturdy. The price point sits somewhere between drugstore and MAC with an average of £10 for a brush. The brushes are made out of a mix of synthetic and natural hair depending on what works best for the purpose of the brush and that’s something I really like about the range. There are 22 brushes available from a giant face and body brush to the finest precision eyeliner brush. Out of the bundle I tried, I’d recommend the 103 Face Blush Brush, 213 Large Blending Brush and 201 Lid Brush.

I think there’s still so much to come from Kiko but in the meantime I have been loving the Advanced Brushes and it’s great to see some more affordable high quality brushes enter the market. Do any of these brushes catch your eye? Or is there anything else you’ve been loving from Kiko?
